On Friday, July 18, 2014

Millions of people use this office application tool. It is one of the most recognized office tools. With this new version, I found some interesting features which I think is useful which are: office web apps, jump list integration in all applications, and Outlook social connectors. Next are people pane and calendar preview in Outlook, and video presentations in PowerPoint. Another are broadcast slide show in PowerPoint, slicers in Excel, send any documents (Publisher, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) in PDF format, drag and drop navigation pane in Word, embedded videos in PowerPoint. Lastly are photo editing office applications (Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), screenshots capturing, paste preview in office applications (Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and backstage view in all applications. In conclusion, his software application tool is highly recommended having its new features and up to date versions that respond to the needs of the consumers. It has a highly polished, powerful and fast suite of software program tools. If you have a tight budget, you may settle for the Home & Student Edition, which exclude the Outlook feature.

Pros

  • It has a faster performance
  • It has a better picture tools

Cons

  • It cannot trim web videos in PowerPoint

By Sam James

On Tuesday, August 11, 2015

MS 2010 is a productivity suite that you can create and work ant types of document either at home and work. I must say that it has a complete advanced and helpful tool that makes this program more productive. We all know that Word, Excel and PowerPoint are the popular programs here in this Office suite. However, there are also other programs in this suite that are useful; OneNote, Publisher and Access, though they are not famous as those other three. What I loved about Microsoft Office 2010 is its versatility, and it has an intuitive and easy to use interface. In addition, it can even export your text documents into PDF with its Acrobat Pro incorporation. If you are an office staff or just a regular student who needs to finish a written report or any documentation projects, you can use some of the programs in this suite to make your work much faster and easier. However, this software is a trial version, so you can only make use of this one in a limited time but it is worth to try.

Pros

  • It has an intuitive interface
  • It has a lot of useful tools

Cons

  • It is only a trial version

Publisher is a desktop publishing software which is able to create any marketing material. It comes with online photo printing options and is also able to produce web publications. OneNote allows you to embed multiple contents such as spreadsheets, multimedia files or diagrams in your notes.
